Welcome to The Life Brew.
Throughout history fermentation has played a major role in human civilizations, hydrating people when the water was undrinkable, easily feeding the masses, preserving food in times of uncertainty, sterilization, celebration, the list goes on and on. Every culture has had their own uses and recipes, all with one little thing in common, yeast.
From enthusiast to home brewer to bartender to professional brewer, I have seen it time and time again, a delicious yeast based concoction (aka beer) connecting people that otherwise wouldn’t talk to each other. Like yeast in each recipe, the enjoyment of beer is a unifying thread in today’s culture.
The Life brew is inspired by this and will be dedicated to exploring all things fermented.
